Most people lie. They try to belittle you by confusing you or trashing what you’ve done. I can confidently tell you that most builders and contractors are at minimum bending the truth to deceive you for profitable gain and your expense. I don’t claim to be the most affordable option, i want to make profit and i charge what i think my time is worth when spent on someone else other than my family. But i don’t lie and mislead, and i don’t take every job. Homes that are being built in the state of Arizona are poorly built and are not worth the price.
